CTI Clamp On Forks

CTI Clamp-On Forks in use at a construction site
CTI Clamp On Forks
Construction Technology, Inc. addressed the need to develop a clamping mechanism that would help protect loader buckets when used to attach forks and other products. The result was its patented CTI clamping device, which features...
bulletSwiveling top and hinged bottom pads that make efficient contact with the surface of the bucket, improving fit and function.
bulletLarge clamp spacing to stabilize the forks and spread loads across a wide area. (This also helps in mounting the forks on the reinforced portions of the loader bucket, minimizing possible bucket damage.)
bulletOversize sliding clamp handle to make mounting fast and easy.
bulletSubstantial uprights to keep pallets from slipping backwards.

 CTI ADVICE ON CLAMP-ON FORKS
It is possible, however, to damage a bucket even with CTI Clamp-On forks. For best results, be sure clamp pads are in working order and never over-tighten the clamp handles! And remember that lift capacity is limited by both the tine capacity of the forks and the capacity of the loader, whichever is less! Also, because of the increased load radius with forks and their additional weight, loader lift capacity is reduced by approximately 17% when forks are added
