Custom Built Items from LANSAS

This joint tester was designed and built for a water project near Phoenix, AZ. Each joint of this 21 foot diameter pipeline was tested at 30 PSI.

The plug shown here was used in a 60" diameter line. It was equipped with 12 by-passes ranging from 3/8" to 6" pipe.

This plug was used in a 36" diameter line. It was built with a 30" by-pass which housed a secondary plug. This "inner" plug acted as a butterfly valve that enabled the contractor to have complete control of the flow.

This by-pass plug was one of 3 built for a project in Miami, FL. This job required one 42" plug with a 24" by-pass, one 48" plug with a 30" by-pass, and one 78" plug with a 54" by-pass. All 3 plugs shipped from the factory in 3 weeks.

The plug shown here was used in a 15" line. The contractor required a 12" threaded by-pass, to be fabricated at a 90 degree angle. This plug shipped in 5 days from the factory.
